# Via Sanctum Community Guidelines

Via Sanctum is a Catholic study app with optional, controlled community event features, operated by Tony Kero in New South Wales, Australia.

## 1. Adults-only service
- Via Sanctum is for adults aged 18 and older only.
- Do not create or use an account if you are under 18.
- Report suspected underage accounts using in-app reporting tools or `Contact Safety Team` where available.

## 2. Respectful conduct
You must not:
- harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse others;
- engage in hate speech or targeted abusive conduct;
- sexually exploit, groom, coerce, or manipulate others;
- target others because of faith, background, identity, or personal circumstances.

## 3. Safety and legality
You must not:
- share unlawful, violent, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content;
- post scams, impersonation content, fraudulent events, or malicious links;
- attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the service.

## 4. Faith and privacy
- Treat journal reflections, spiritual struggles, and personal faith-related discussions as sensitive.
- Do not expose another person's private information without permission.
- Do not misuse another person's profile details, account identity, or event listing information.

## 5. Events and host integrity
- Keep event details truthful, relevant, and reasonably accurate.
- Verified-host status is required to submit event listings.
- Event listings are reviewed before publication and may be edited, rejected, or unpublished by Via Sanctum's internal moderator-admin account.
- Do not spam event listings or repeatedly submit deceptive/duplicate events.

Current release clarification:
- Via Sanctum does not provide in-app direct messaging, event chat, comments, reactions, or open public posting feeds.

## 6. Enforcement
Reports or detected misuse may lead to:
- content or listing removal;
- muting;
- blocking;
- temporary restrictions;
- suspension; or
- account removal.

Severe or repeated abuse may trigger immediate restrictions pending review.

Confirmed underage accounts are removed.
